Well, we can remove Vietnam from the card because we got the number 437. We therefore in the past since they had about 450 families registered for the draw.
Like last time, they have almost 2 years to make the 250 numbers of the last list, it gives us a wait time of nearly 4 years for a briefing.
So we will stay in China. Who knows maybe the baby will be number 437 3?
